HOW DOES IT WORK?

You and your therapist will get a “chat room” which will be open 24/7 and it will be a secure place to communicate. Where you and your therapist can exchange text, audio and video messages. You can enter it any time where you will write about yourself and about the things going on in your life. You can ask questions and discuss the issues of your life that trouble you. Your therapist will log in to the room and after reading your messages, he/she will respond to your issues, give you feedback and guidance. You and your therapist will schedule live messaging sessions and live calls.
During Couple’s Coaching you can Invite your partner into the session right away or work on yourself with the counselor one on one with the goal of including your partner after a few sessions. It's up tp you.
